Our starting wave time is 8:30am! Again, you have to sign up in the same wave so that we start the race all together, as a TEAM.   What to WEAR:  La Par’de Fitness Merch is available and we’re asking that our team wear “La Par’de” t-shirts, sports bras, hats with black or pink leggings and sneakers. PLEASE wear items/clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty! It’s a MUD RUN!!   PARKING: If you can carpool with friends/family that’s joining us, DO IT! Yes there is always a parking on site or near the venue (with shuttles to take you back and forth). There is a fee for the parking ($5).  EXTRA Clothes: They do have changing rooms and rinsing stations, PLEASE pack extra clothes and shoes for AFTER the race!!  This is just a little info from your PARDE TEAM, all additional information is on website.   Wanna join our team??
